Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh
In 1895, Pittsburgh industrialist Andrew Carnegie established Carnegie Institute to help people improve their lives through educational and cultural experiences. Carnegie Museum of Art
Carnegie Museum of Art boasts a distinguished collection of American art from the mid-19th century to the present, as well as French Impressionist and post-Impressionist paintings, and late-20th century works, including film and video. Other collections of note include European and American decorative arts and prints and drawings from the late 16th century to the present.
